Jake was a vibrant, happy go lucky sweet soul with a smile that made this momma's heart melt! From a youngster Jake loved the outdoors. He grew up on our acreage with his two younger brothers playing outside in our pond, trees and with all their animals. Jake was active in 4h and showed sheep, pigs and horses at the county fair. He also loved to fish and hunt deer and pheasant. Jake could fish for hours either at a farm pond, a lake or the river. Jake played all the little league sports growing up but fell in love with wrestling in high school. At 6'4" he wrestled in the 220 bracket. His long arms and legs were his opponent's demise. His favorite saying was "Cradle Time!". It was so much fun for his dad and me to watch him do what he loved! Another love of Jake's was cars. Fast and pretty cars! He decided to "never work a day" and make a living as an auto mechanic. He had one year of college done when he was killed at the age of 20 in 2017. His life had been cut short but gave life to two other very special souls that we love like our own! Jake's kidneys have taken these two off of dialysis and back into LIFE! We miss Jake terribly in our hearts and in our home but look forward to seeing him again some day!
