A Donate Life Month Event

The University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center is proud to participate in Light Up For Life as part of National Donate Life Month this April. In collaboration with Iowa Donor Network and Iowa Lions Eye Bank, they will illuminate their buildings in blue and green to honor the gift of organ, eye, and tissue donation. This initiative serves as a powerful visual reminder of the lives saved and healed through donation and transplantation. By lighting up in support, we hope to raise awareness and inspire more Iowans to register as donors, helping to give hope to those in need of a life-saving or life-enhancing transplant.
